If any provision of these Terms & Condition shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms & Condition and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of DRAGME to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Condition will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
